Noises problem
2003 Volkswagen Beetle Two Wheel Drive Manual 110000 miles

I have WV Beetle 1.9TDI. I had my fule pump (in the tank) changed (new one is not from WV). It makes rumbling noise while car is cold but the noise disappeares in couple minutes when car would warm up. Is it something to worry about?
About one year ago I put petrol in my dieasel. I got the tank cleaned but after that I had a problem: time to time the car would stop while driving. I would pump it through with gas peddal and it would start againe. I took it to other garage, they changed all filters, but aftre the chage my Beetle would not start at all. After a long search they found that 2 hoses that goes to the fuel tank were input incorectly (mixed places). After they put them back, the car was running for couple weeks, but after I changed the oil, it stopped againe. I was told it was a pump that time and they got it replaced.

Hi wiwjrka, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Your probable causes here could be air in the system, glow plugs, injection pump,or filter again.
