2002 Volkswagen Beetle oil drain bolt

I am having a very small leak coming from the drain bolt. I changed the oil myself and noticed that walmart had put some kind of plastic material around my washer. Do you know of anything i can use to fix the leak without pulling the bolt all the way out and draining it since i just changed the oil? Thanks

you can make sure its tight and then clean off all the oil and grease around it then put some rtv sealant around it and it will stop leaking
