THE FLASHER IS THE BUTTON FRONT AND CENTER ON THE LOWER PART OF THE DASH. THE WHOLE BUTTON COMES OUT AND CAN BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
