WHEN I USE MY TURN SIGNAL OR HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS, THEY LIGHT UP BUT WILL NOT FLASH. THEY JUST REMAIN ON. I CANNOT FIND WHAT I USED TO CALL A 'STARTER'. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON FIXING IT?

flasher unit is faulty. The flasher unit is built into the Hazard Warning Light button. Just behind the push in part of the button, underneath is a bit where you can lever the entire switch out. Once removed, a new one can be slotted into place.
