1999 Volkswagen Beetle Blower motor for the A/C and heat

My blower motor works only at one speed and the dash control switch will not turn it off or change the speed of the motor?

You most likely have a bad blower switch. Is it stuck on high speed?

I replaced the a/c control panel in the center dash and it is fixed now.
