I was driving to work this morning and the generator light came on and stayed on. What does this mean, the car seemed to be running fine. I have to drive home 10 miles, if the light is still on, is it safe to drive without damaging the engine?

Thanks, Stacey

Check to see if belt is on and tight. You may run the batt down and be stuck on the road. Pull up rear seat and tap the regulator maybe a stuck contact. If you have a way to check batt voltage see if you have 12v you can make 10 miles turn everything off.
