Fitting of new "King and Link Pins"
After renewing the brass bushes for the vertical pin or shaft (assuming the bushes are made of brass and that the vertical pin is the "King Pin") will it be necessary to "ream" the bushes with a reamer? Will the inside diameter of the bushes change after pressing into the housing?
Thanks you

Hi there,

normally you will not need to ream the bushes, as long as they are not damaged when fitting you should not have a problem, not to many people have micro set reamers these days, I have a set for vintage cars I restore, but I don't have an call for them on most later model cars as all bushes are pre set for any fit shrinkage.
