Will a 1970 super beetle body parts like the hood and trunk lid and doors fit on a 1974 super beetle. I know the rear lens are not the same and that don't bother me

The '70 would actually be a standard beetle, supers started in '71. No, the hood won't fit I think.
The trunk is different on the supers.
The doors might, I think they're the same from the pillar back, unless you have a curved windsheild.
