Smells problem
1974 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 1974 vw superbeetle that was supposedly "restored" but there is a part thats sits on top of the gas tank about 12 to 14 inches long plastic (I think) with 2 hoses coming out of each end and the hoses are leaking gas like crazy I can replace the hoses but I need to know what this little plastic tube is called so i can replace it too any ideas? thanks
