I replaced the master cylinder and wheel cylinders
and tried to bleed the brakes, but the brake pedal
continues to go to the floor. It won't pump up.
What can I do?

Hui there,

try and re bleed using a tube from the bleeder into a jar with brake fluid in it, this will stop any air drawing back into the cylinder, pump slowly till no bubbles are seen and move on to the next cylinder, make sure that the fluid level dose not drop to low, make sure that the brake adjustments are ok first as well. try this.
