Transmission problem
1963 Volkswagen Beetle 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Replaced clutch when throwout bearing exploded, leaving bearings throughout. Shifting fork was bent badly. Replaced, and now shifting is difficult and when at a light, doesn't seem to disengage when pedal pushed all the way in.

Sounds like one or two of those loose ball bearings got stuck in the pressure plate...
