Slight right-left steering movement. Vibration completely disappears when accelerator is released. With/without awd fuse. New front bearings, half shafts, ball joints, engine runs smooth, shifts smooth, new rotors/brakes, struts. Nothing has fixed it. Does it without the tires too. (Brake rotors removed appears to be coming from the transmission itself while turning drive-line on rack. There is nearly 10-15 degrees of rotational play on each front tire while hand rotating.

A vibration while accelerating is normally a rotating component so I would agree it may be something in the transmission but I am curious about the 10-15 degrees of rotational play on the front tires that you found.

Can you get a video of how you are testing these wheels so we can see where this play is coming from?

Depending on this video that could be your issue. Maybe a tie rod end or ball joint causing the play which can cause this type of vibration.

Let us know and we can go from there. Thanks
