Vibration in drive while sitting still

So I have the car listed above non super charged. When you put the car in drive it shakes and it is the worst when I manually put it in first. two and three aren't as bad and there is no shake in reverse. once the car is moving it seems to be fine no shifting problems no shakes no drivability errors. there is no check engine light either.

The first thing I would suspect is the motor mounts and/or the transmission mounts. I attached the procedure to check them and replace them. Basically you are looking to see if the rubber is cracked or any pieces of metal are touching. This would be considered a grounded mount and needs replaced.
