Suspension issues haunt me every time I buy a car. This one has new wheels and tires. At 40-75 shaking increases, I didn't drive it past that. I balanced all wheels and they only needed minor adjustments. One of the rear tires was flat when I bought it. So, it may have been sitting flat for a while not sure. I tried to find a flat spot but I couldn't see any. I put gear in drive for the fronts to see about axles and videos are shows. No grease from any of the boots, suspension is solid, 100% tight, zero vibration in steering when you hit the brakes, all brakes have plenty left. No clicking or clunking from anywhere, just mainly vibration in cabin and floor. First three clips for driver side, last two for passenger. Both wheels/tires jump a bit but I think this is normal. No play in axles other than the normal play u see in any axle. No up and downplay.

It looks like the rims are not good, I can see the tire bouncing and the rim as which is not good, did this problem occur with the old rims and tires? Also, I have seen water or dirt inside the tire cause this problem as well. I would try another set of rims and tires.

I bought it like this. No evidence of any bent wheels or even curb rash. I will try to swap the back to front and see. Oh, ya, the water inside thing, I had a land rover with that issue, hmm I'll check. But I balanced the rear wheels, I would have heard it maybe but I will double check.

The tire shop checked it, and the tire and wheel are okay. I said the same, had him jack it up and put it in drive, he also says the axle is jumping too much.

Must have wheel hubs that are bad, are there any strange mods that have been done to the axle flange?

Not that I see, just aftermarket wheels, some intake stuff, nothing that would cause vibration. Am going to change both axles.

After trying several rings to find the right one, vibration has gotten much better. Now it will shake in the steering around 65 mph-70 and then I think goes away.

At least we are getting closer! I think the aftermarket wheels are the issue.
