When accelerating at a normal rate, and whether the car is in automatic or sport shift (manual) mode, I get a vibration (feels like from right rear more than left) which feels and sounds like going over a rumble strip between the speeds of twenty to thirty mph and most noticeable in second gear. I have had tires balanced and rotated and vibration still stayed in the right rear area.

If you feel it mainly only when accelerating, it could be a bad inner C/V joint that is binding.

Would it be best to replace or continue to drive until it gets worse? Expensive repair?

I would replace it as soon as you can confirm that is actually the problem and you will need some local talent to do that.

Thanks, have relocated and still looking for good mechanics, that is why I was asking before I go in to see if they come up with same remedy/cure as you. Again, thanks for sharing your knowledge, greatly appreciated.

The person that actually drives the car has a big advantage in diagnosing it correctly.
