Vibration between 50-70 MPH.

I had the wheels balanced, but just took it out again and the sound is clearly there. It sounds like I am riding the line and hitting the grooves on the side of the road, only not as loud.

Could that be a drive train issue, or differential problem?

I just had the transmission serviced by one of the best in town. He gave a clean bill of health.

I will be driving on a long distance pulling a small RV trailer (5,000 miles). Obviously, I want to know if there is something wrong.

Ideas?

have your u joints checked on driveshaft for vibrations then wheel bearings.

It sounds like a tire could be coming apart, can you check the tires by rolling them slowly and checking the integrity of the tread?
