Vibration and noise

My car makes huge vibrations on low gears but gets quieter on fourth and fifth gear. Overall engine noise is above normal. Recently got it serviced and de-sludged but problem still persists. There is no loss of power however. It still performs perfectly but the din it makes is bothersome.
