From about sixty to eighty mph my truck vibrates or shakes. Not sure where it is coming from. I have brand new struts/shocks all around, new rotors and pads in front, new drums in rear, new wheels and new tires. I have had the wheels and tires balanced twice and aligned. It rides real smooth and no shake from zero to sixty mph. At about eighty it rides good, no shake. When I slow down, it shakes until I get under sixty. What could be causing the problem?

Has the suspension ride height been altered? If not, you might start with having the ride height measured for sagged springs. Every tire and alignment shop has small books that list every vehicle, where to take the measurements, and what they should be.

Consider having an alignment specialist take the truck for a test-drive. They can tell by the frequency of the vibration whether it is vibrating at tire rotation speed or drive shaft speed. They will also observe if the vibration is felt more in the steering wheel or seat.
