At speeds between 15 and 25 car will vibrate when I let off gas and then push pedal down and give it gas again it goes away I have changed rear seal and replaced transmission under mount still happens and now I hear a slight pitch sound

I think they use a two piece driveshaft? Check the center bearing at the driveshaft. The bearing in it may have failed.

That is what I was thinking is it possible that it may be a transmission issue

Scan fro codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge as well. Autoparts rent it.
