The more speed added after say 65 mph, the more the car starts to vibrate, and it feels like it is coming from the left back side, what can it be?

If it is at that speed then most likely it is just an out of balance wheel. Next time it does that, shift it into neutral. If it goes away then it is most likely a driveshaft-cv-axle that is bent. If it doesn't go away then it is the wheel/tire.
