I have a tremble or vibration when truck is at twenty mph or less and or during braking. It is driving me crazy. I have had new pads, rotors, shocks. Help!

Check wheel balance and check for a deformed or out of round tire, check for movement in wheel bearings. There should be no movement if rocked top to bottom. check for movement in tie rod ends and general suspension wear, start here.

Do you recommend an auto mechanic or a tire place to get best results?

Either will be fine, both will know what to look at. a mechanic would probably be best, but it really does not matter.
