Vibration

Whenever I am stopped and place it in gear i get a vibration which i suspect motor mounts. Does this look like a crushed motor mount to you? I think the exhaust manifold is touching the heat shield on the mount if am not mistaken, whenever i stick a long screwdriver between them trying to separate them i feel the vibration.

Hi,

The engine mounts are hydraulic on this vehicle. Is there any evidence of leakage? Also, looking at the pics above, I see the steering shaft and I'm having a hard time orienting myself. I don't see the exhaust or a mount.

I attached a pic below. Am I missing one of them in the pics? Also, there is a rear mount as well. Let me know which one you are concerned about.
