Hello, my car is currently in the shop getting the head gasket replace and resurfaced and timing belt and water pump. But my question is my car vibrates a lot like it vibrates the whole car. I already replaced the engine mounts and spark plugs. The mechanic said coolant was getting into the cylinder heads that was causing a misfire. How true do you think that is?

Yes, a leaking head gasket will cause coolant to be burned during the engines combustion process.Having a misfire can also cause a vibration as well.Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:
