Vibration

When I drive forty mph sometimes the front passenger side starts vibrating from side to side. I had new tires put on three months ago. Put new tie rods on and replaced the control arm on the passenger side.

I have seen where the CV axle become worn not allowing smooth rotation which causes a vibration much like you have described. I am assuming you got the entire control arm included the lower ball joint.
