It rattles slightly while in idle but when I accelerate it starts vibrating the floor and the hump in between the driver and passenger seat. The faster I go the more the vibration happens.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

On this vehicle, there really isn't anything under there except the exhaust system. What I need you to do is look under the vehicle and inspect the system. Make sure it is tight and not hitting the bottom of the floor. Also, I need to know if the check engine light stays on while the engine is running or if it is flashing while the engine is running.

Now, the exhaust is held under the vehicle with very heavy rubber mounts. Locate them. They are black in color and will mount to the undercarriage of the vehicle and hooks on the exhaust. Make sure none are broken. Next, have a helper take a rubber mallet and tap on the exhaust in different locations to see if the sound is recreated.

I attached a few pictures. The first shows the exhaust system. The second indicates components.

If you find the muffler or other component needs replaced, here are the directions for component replacement. The remaining pics correlate with these directions.
