Okay, since it only happens when you accelerate, I wonder if it has something to do with a universal joint (u-joint). Have you checked them? Here is a link that shows how it's done.

Since the check engine light isn't coming on, Erica, then it most likely isn't a misfire either. I think we need to focus on the drive line. One other thought, make sure there isn't a worn motor or transmission mount.
Here is a general link that looks at many different reasons for vibrations. Page down until you reach the section on belt tensioners. You know, if the tensioner is bad, you may be feeling it only at high RPM's. SInce it stopped for a couple days after you did the work, I'm starting to question the tensioner, a belt driven accessory...
