Vibrates when changing gears

My car vibrates when I hit a certian speed, and after I get to a high rate of speed it stops vibrating

If the car vibrates @ 60 it is tire balance. It could also be the tire is separating. Also have the lower ball joints checked. Please let us know what you find so it will help others.
