Hi,
If this is the only code that we have then we need to dig further with this because there are more causes then just the sensor.
Here is the test for this code. Most of the time the sensor is the issue however, if you changed that and still have the issue then we need to check the wiring for high resistance or an open, a short to power or ground. If the wiring checks out and you are not getting the proper voltage to the sensor then the ECM is the issue. Following this procedure will walk you through that.
