This car can have either hydraulic assisted steering or electric. If you have a power steering pump on the engine it is hydraulic, please remove the cap and check the fluid level. Here is how in the diagrams below. If no pump is seen, then the car has an electric system in which case the steering rack will probably need to be replaced but you should check the fuses first.
