Venture has white smoke and coolant leaking out of exhaust

Recently rodded out radiator and reinstalled. Now it is smoking and coolant is pouring out of exhaust pipe.

That pretty much means that you didn't resolve the radiator issue soon enough and got it hot enough to blow a head gasket. that engine is very prone to that.
