The blower is stuck on 4 speed (full speed) and wont turn off. the A/C does not work (doesn't cool) but that is another problem. How do I get the blower to slow down to 1, 2, 3, or 4 position or stop by turning the digital dial?

What happens is the blower speed control goes out causing the blower to stay on full it sounds be located near or on the blower. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on, that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Please let me know.

Thanks for the video, it does sound like the fan speed control module is bad. I would get a new one and install it. When you do the job please do another video :).
