Welcome to 2CarPros.
Are you sure you replaced the mode door actuator and not the blend air door actuator? It's a common mistake. The blend air door (mix) actuator controls temperature. The mode door actuator controls air flow directions.
I attached a picture that contains the mode actuator and the mix actuator. Take a look at the picture and let me know.
Take care,
Joe

Welcome back:
The only thing left then is to confirm there is power to the actuator and it is doing its job. Have you confirmed power?

Something has to be disconnected. If the actuator is working and not moving the door, something has broken or become disconnected.
