Vent air will not go to floor or defrost

The vent air, will not change over to the floor or the defrost. I have the dial knobs
I turn the dial to the floor, but the air stills comes out the vent, same for the defrost.

Good afternoon.

There is a mode door motor under the left side of the dash that controls the air direction. Easy replacement and you can get the actuator at any parts store.
