Vehicle will not start and upon onboard diagnostic it reads PCM?

doesn't start now changed distributor cap coil plugs EGR solenoid next to biometric pressure sensor has fuel pressure going to moto. It doesn't start even when gas is poured into throttle body intake had spark but weak spark, so I bought new cap and plugs did find fault in cap coil burnt hole through it so replaced cap and plugs still using old coil spark is stronger now PCM? Code has been present throughout the entire time I've owned vehicle. I have never started it buddy of mine gave it to me and told me it needed a fuel pump. The EGR solenoid wires had been cut and soldered together. So, I bought a new solenoid valve and stub of harness the biometric pressure sensor harness was eaten by rodents, so I patched together with similar gauge wire and shrink tube no solder.

The fact that the engine will not start with gas inside the intake and the engine has spark, I need to ask you how does the engine sound when cranking over, normal? Can you upload a short video of the engine cranking so I can see if the engine is okay, I can tell by the video. Also here is a guide that can help, and we should do a compression test on one cylinder to help check the engine condition.
