Vehicle will not start?

The car was hit on the left fender and one harness was cut. The harness includes a small box that contains a few relays. Can someone, if possible, from the image provided, tell me what's the name of the fuse box is because I cannot find it. It. It is highlighted in yellow.

That is called the engine compartment fuse panel, it looks like it got damaged pretty bad. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
