Vehicle vibrates and makes noise when the A/C is turned on?

Whenever we turn on the A/C the vehicle starts vibrating in the front engine and makes a loud noise. The radiator fans would start to vibrate like crazy and then after a while they would calm down again. I took a look and noticed one of the fans was broken, but I was not sure if that would cause all the vibrations and noise. The engine mounts, transmission mounts, and serpentine belts were recently replaced.

Yes, the fan blade being broken will make the noise and vibration, here is how you can change it out. This guide can help, and I have included the instructions for your car in the images below.
