This vehicle is not offered in the US, so my technical information is limited. However, what you have described sounds like a bad crankshaft position sensor. When it stalls and won't start, you need to check for spark to the plugs. If there is none, then suspect the sensor.
Now, and I apologize for this in advance, without having this vehicle in my manuals, I'm not 100% sure this vehicle has one, but most cars do.

The last link I provided shows how to check for ignition spark to the plugs which I feel may be missing when the car shuts off and won't restart.
