Whenever time I drive the vehicle and it is in traffic for a long time ,it sticks into second gear. Do you know what can cause this?

try manually putting it in 1st gear and see if that works

the shifter should have PRNDL2L1 OR SOMETHING LIKE THIS MOVE IT TO THE LOWEST L1
