No start condition, security light flashing, codes B1491 and B1352

Vehicle came in with inoperative Instrument cluster, 15 amp fuse was blown to cluster, we replaced fuse, small amount of wire smoke from under dash, did not blow fuse. Vehicle will not start, has security light flashing, pulled cluster to examine, has burned wire smell from cluster. We have no wiring information/diagrams on this car and cannot find any "good" information online to trace wiring, with correct wiring schematics of lock cylinder, cluster, security system, and PCM we could trace it to locate issue. Any Information appreciated. Also, with KARO test we have codes B1491 and B1352 both relating to key/PCM/security system.
