Making weird grinding noise or odd sound?

Vehicles making weird grinding noise or odd sound. Not sure what it is. Please assist in diagnosing by watching video.

Sounds like a bad hub bearing or something inside the dash

Yep, this will need to be isolated, I can hear the noise but I cannot tell where it is coming from. Are you going over bumps to make the sound happen? Then it can be struts, how any miles does the car have on it? Is the noise coming form the front or rear? does the engine load have anything to do with making the noise? If so it can be the engine mounts. We need more information to help you.
