This vehicle started this problem after a long city drive. It stopped driving forward and reverse, I disconnected the cooling line hose to the radiator, and I started the vehicle, unfortunately oil was not pumping out from that cooling line hose on the body of the transmission. Then I dropped the transmission and replaced the transmission pump. Then after some time, it started again and I noticed that water has mixed with the transmission fluid. I replaced the transmission oil, valve-body and transmission filter. It drives forward but doesn't move in reverse. Then I dropped the gear again and overhauled it. I replaced the disc and clutches and assembled back but it only drives forward. Who could know the reason why it doesn't move in reverse?

Sorry for the delay. Looks like we had someone post some spam which dropped this to the bottom of our list. I deleted the spam.

Based on this info I would suggest we double check and make sure the fluid is full. I assume it is but here is a guide that will help:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-and-add-transmission-fluid

If the fluid is full then we need to do a pressure test and find out if this is low in reverse which I suspect it is.

This means we are most likely going to find an issue in the unit, but we need to start with this.

I am attaching the process below and the proper pressures.

Then if you find it low in reverse only, the chart below will tell us what the issue is going to be.

Let me know what you find with this.

I have checked the body valve and noticed that about 4-bolts were not tightened on the valve body, so I will look for bolts and tight it there and recheck if the missing bolt caused internal leaks to reverse.
