2003 Vauxhall Zafira drive belt

Hi can any one tell me how i can get the drive belt back on all my pulleys. i changed the tentioner and the belt but for some reason the belt is a bit short and after screwing the tentioner in i and haveing problems moving the tentioner now.

I would start by double checking you been supplied with the correct belt ?
