2002 Vauxhall Zafira starting trouble

im having trouble starting the car of a morning most of the time i have to jump start the the car because its taking that much to start when it does start it kicks a lot of white smoke once it has started it will run all day with no problems i have changed the heater plugs and the injectors have been cleaned
