2001 Vauxhall Zafira Car sounds like it could stall by itse

Shakes or Wobbles problem
2001 Vauxhall Zafira Manual 64000 miles

When reducing speed to come to a traffic light etc the car makes a sound of a rumble like its going to stall so i quickly go into first gear. What could this be???

have the car scanned for fault codes .. gave the coils/plugs/wires checked and have the clutch checked
