1999 Vauxhall Zafira Manual 120000 miles

when i was driving my vauxhall zafira it made a loud bang...the car still runs fine but there is a banging noise which seems to be coming from under the passenger side,the car is also pulling to the left when im driving and it bangs more when i turn left

check the coil springs on the suspension !
