2006 Vauxhall Vectra Clutch

I had this car for about a year and i have done 23000 miles town mainly as i am a taxi driver i started to feel rattling when i change gear on the clutch pedal some sort of ratling on my foot which i never felt when i had the car.
Is it clutch wear and tear and if it is the case do i need to change the flywheel as well as the clutch or just the clutch only
