2005 Vauxhall Vectra Continuous horn

Vectra Estate, 150 bhp. My horn sounds continuously and has had to have the fuse taken out. I have tried removing fuse 23 to immobilise the rear window alarm link in case of corroded terminals, but this does not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

check the horn wiring for a short !!
