MY CAR KEEPS OVER HEATING GOES TO 100 TEMP THEN ON TO RED THEN FAN KICKS IN THEN IT COMES DOWN TO 95 - 100 THIS KEEPS HAPPENING DO YOU THINK THE THERMOSTAT IS GETTING STUCK
