1995 Vauxhall Vectra window wipers

the fuse keeps blowing on the window wipers everytime the ignition is turned on. tried a few things bought a pump retraced wiring even dissconnected each plug while havin a light bulb in the fuse compartment. also my full beam keeps flicking on while drivin would that have anything to do with it ? please help to answer this question

sounds like a bad/open wiring connection you are better having an autoelectrician trace this
