when getting in car hazard lights come on and won't switch off, the only way to stop them is to lock and unlock the car and then switch them off.

the rate of flash is faster than the hazard lights but you can start the car and drive off with them on.

It's not my car but my nieces and when she has turned up at my house beforeshe switches off the car I go out and just turn the hazards off, this time she left the car running and I couldn't switch them off.
